Very Enjoyable Time

Well, my most recent trip to Visions confirms that things are still rather enjoyable there.

The club, setting, building, parking lot, prices, staff, etc., are still the same. I am not going to go through all the specifics about the club -- all has been adequately covered before here, including in reviews by me, plus reviews by many other mongers, and very little has changed much in the last year or more. Except one thing: they have now finished the construction in the two "new" areas (where the pool table, and the $20 room, each used to be, on the South end of the brick-shit-house which is the building, now there are couch-plus-table style VIP seating platforms, raised about 2 feet above the main floor, each with a dance-pole in the middle). Otherwise same setup. The night I was there was officially "customer appreciation" night so they let us wander around in those new areas, but mostly they will require extra payment for their use, I suspect. Also, "customer appreciation" meant there was free food, some mini-sandwiches and some vegetables-and-dip platters, and a couple of hot-dish containers (looked like jambalaya or red-beans-and-rice, couldn't tell, mostly it was eaten up by the time I got there). Very nice! And drinks were on special price, a Jack-and-Diet-Coke cost me $5 each (usually $7, IIRC), so (sadly, against my best intentions) I drank a lot of alcohol.

The girls were up to par, or better. I counted more than 25 working through the course of the Friday night, well past midnight, when I was there. Mostly you get a good view of who is available because they're quasi-required to cycle across the bar-tops, so you can see them and even interact enough to say, "Hey, come back by, we can get a dance" or whatever if you find one that you like. They won't necessarily DO it, but at least you've thrown out your first salvo. Most of them will, if they don't get corralled by another customer before getting to you.
