Good spot with slightly different vibes
I mostly just appreciate the setup they have as a bar. Rock music, and some movies are typically playing. As well, they'll play sports on a tv above the bar too. I've come here about a dozen times are so. I've never received 'friendly' bar service, but nothing rude. Just that kind of Portland server sulkiness. I appreciate that they'll typically leave me alone. The drinks are pretty normal Portland prices, trending towards expensive.
As far as the general vibe and layout of the place, it's pretty rad, almost how I imagine a vegas-ish rock strip club from the early 90s. The rock music isn't too loud, there is two stages, and also a smaller stage thats kind of like a 'cage' dancer. Pretty sure they only fill out all three on weekend nights though. There's a pool table too. The bathrooms, tables and bar are definitely cleaner than most clubs.
The overall value of the club is pretty standard trending towards the expensive end. No cover, but $3-$6 beers, the dance cost depend on the girl but are usually $30-40 per song. Recently a dancer offered me $100 for 3 songs, which are longer during the day, so that was worth it to me.
Most the dancers are also at Dv8 down the street, they kinda just rotate. They're pretty and diverse. There's skinny, curvy and all different ethnicities. The dancers aren't as engaging as they are at Dv8, and are less likely to pursue you. But I've definitely just hung out at the bar before and had a couple conversations with dancers that led to dances.
