Management is really nice as long as you are professional and don't cause problems. The girls are also pretty nice as long as you aren't annoying or bitchy (getting in fights may get you BOTH kicked out. They hate drama here). Single dances are $20 and VIP is $100 now a days. If you aren't on schedule you get $12 from single dances and $60 from VIP. If you are on the schedule you get $14 from singles and $70 from VIP. Customers are generally polite, respectful, and will tip you well. Tipping out staff gets you more stage time (its a gamble cause sometimes the guys don't tip especially early in the night) and management will help you out. On the down side this club can get SLOW. Working in San Diego is a gamble in general. If you're looking to make big money try Vegas or nyc.
