She Saved the Day

It was a dark and stormy night. I was taught never to open any writing with that line, but in this case, it was true. I was in Durham on the tail of Florence. Fortunately, there was not much damage and the club was walking distance from my hotel. The club is a little hard to find, as almost none of the GPS results are accurate and the club is on the back side of the main street businesses. They do have a well-lit sign.

Cover $15. Jim Beam $5.25. I did not drive, but there is parking near the club that is free after 7:00 pm, which is also the time the club opens, so it works out. The club is very nice and clean. Staff is friendly. There were about 6 PLs when I arrived about 9:00 pm and 6 girls: 3 AA and 3 White. All appeared to be in their 20s or early 30s. Most were in good shape, but none during the early part of the evening appealed to me. Five of the PLs were wearing baggy shorts, which might be considered a good sign, since it was inappropriate attire for the weather conditions.

The “stage” is floor level with tables around two sides. Primarily the process is to step to the open area at the front of the stage, offer tips, and receive a little standing personal attention from the dancer. The AA girls did more of a strut than a dance. Two of the White girls put a little more enthusiasm into their performance. I wanted to joke that the White girls danced better than the AA girls, but I suspect the issue was boredom and opposed to skill. Two of the AA girls were enhanced. One enjoyed the softball look, which to me is one of the ugliest enhancements that I have seen. The White girls were all natural, but would have benefited from some medical magic. One was attractive, a bit on the thick side (which I like), but sported starving A boobs. The others were not much better.
