A dead afternoon

The Electric Blue is a somewhat local urban legend. However this was a disappointing trip. I stopped by on a Thursday afternoon to check out the scene. The parking lot, for some reason, always appears full. Although it's adjacent to a Subway, I don't think the parked cars are dining out. Well, either way I paid a $5 cover (which sometimes gets waived if it's dead).

I was mildly disappointed. I grabbed a beer and sat down to see what was good. There was one cute blonde (5/10) at the bar talking to a patron. I watched a few larger ethnic girls do their thing on the stage.

I was expecting some better talent to come out of the LD room or bathroom but nothing happened after 45 minutes.

I figured I'd get out with the cost I'd already sunk.

Maybe next time, Electric Blue.
