They told me they were going to re-open at another location, but someone over at Sapphire told me Sapphire purchased them and will reopen with the Sapphire brand. This sucks because I thought Flash was the best in Manhattan and also, I'm not a big fan of Sapphire, it's ok, but too much glitz, not enough sizzle - also private rooms are really meant for corp clients - ie $$$$$
