Pussycat club on a Saturday night-no litter of lovely felines to be found.......

Pussycat block club,far from purr-fect in fur stroking entertainment these days and so this particular Saturday night.As usual before prime time (the bewitching hour) the hustles on from the minute one sits down. The usual veteran crew of bartenders,doorman and floor manager (the guy that directs traffic up and down the stairs to the Pussycats pleasure suites on the upper level).Of late the eye candy there no so sweet.So my infrequent stops there worthwhile for only small talk with bartenders and giggles with the veteran exotic entertainers there.This particular night chatted it up a bit with a brunette. Told she'd been working this club since age 18. However ,this be true she'd been entertaining gents for half of her adult stripper life. No disrespect to her,even though much.much too much lap dancing and V.I.P. mileage on her,spending duckets on a Bush #1 era beginner not my thing and politely waived a pass at the opportunity for drinks ,conversation and suspected whatever.Other than 36 year old bru,other reg's there I'd seen time and time again. The moral of this review ,Pussycat once a star club amongst block stars in it's heyday however with predominantly only veteran talent there night after night, hard to attract any new client following. Mostly block frequenters like me for an occasional drop in for ole times sake.Sadly this and other clubs on the block in steady decline (talent & clientele)with good times on B'more block soon to be forgotten.
