Tame dances, but some nice dancers

First time in Seattle, so I wanted to check out the SC scene. Deja Vu is within walking distance to my hotel, so it was a fairly easy decision to start here. It's on the second floor, and you pay your $22 cover at the top of the steps, which includes "bottomless" soft drinks/water, but no alcohol (state law). Inside the club, there's a stage/pole on the right where girls strip down to nothing over the course of a couple of songs. Honestly, I barely paid attention to the stage during my few hours at the club. My biggest complaint the whole night was that pricing was just all over the map. Maybe they let girls set their own prices, but a dollar doesn't go far.

I was pleased by the overall quality of the girls. Most were in the 7-9 range, with a few notable outliers. There are armchairs and small circular tables arranged in a semi-circle around the stage, and dancers will approach you for conversation and/or an offer for a dance. The first girl who approached me told me it was her fifth day working as a dancer (red flag), had b.o. (red flag), told me dances were $50 PER MINUTE (major red flag) spoke as if she was either high or very stupid (red flag) so I gave her $2 and told her I wanted to take in the scene before committing to a dance. She probably meant $50 per song, but was too dumb/high to speak correctly.

Next dancer had a cute body, slightly less cute face, and a slight whiff of b.o. as well. I guess that's the alternative to heavy perfume, but deodorant works too. Anyway, she told me $120 for three private dances, and I said that was too much. Then they have a special of three for $60, but she says she won't do it for $60, she's worth more than that, so we agree on $100. At this point I assumed at least I'd be behind a curtain. Nope. We go to the "VIP" area, which is basically an identically-sized room that has its own stage/pole and little booth/couch things for semi-privacy. We get started, halfway through a song, and they call ALL the girls onto the stage to start the $60 special, basically showing them all off at once. She STOPS, goes on the stage with the other girls, then when they're done we head back again. I guess I got a half song free, but whatever. There's a little bit of grinding, and hand on boobs/butt is ok, but that's all. I stop after three.
