It’s always a chill environment, dc doesn’t allow any form of contact, so go else where for that. Dropped by to say hello to some girls and tip a bit here and there. Had some calamari from their menu. Hookah is not worth I though, just go to an actual hookah bar for that. Sometimes the waitresses can be a little pushy with bring shots around, but it’s there hustle.
