Didn’t have a great time, but probably an off night

I went to Palomino this last Friday with five other guys. We reserved a table towards the front of the club and looking back it was not a good location. While it was next to the 2nd (smaller) stage on the first floor, the location was way too far from the main stage which (1) made it harder to see the girls and (2) forced us to either walk around or sit at the rail to get their attention. Personally, I don’t have an issue with #2 since I like walking around anyway just to see what’s going on, but this time it felt like a little more work than normal. Plus the rail was pretty packed so it made it that much more difficult to be seen.

Anyways, the club seemed to be packed, but it felt like the number of girls was a little lower than usual. Granted it was a Friday night, but I’ve been there on other non-weekend (Fri-Sat) nights where there have been girls clustered around the main entrance so it seemed a little light this night.

As far as dances, I ran into one that I’d seen before during a previous visit and chatted her up and got a single dance from her, but she wasn’t really my type. That was the highlight of the night. I’ve got to mention the lowlight of the night which was a straight up hustle that I didn’t go for. There was a tall brunette that was really hot and we went up for the $100 three dance option, but immediately after she pushed the hard sell which was flat out absurd. $550 for the private room (prob just 15 min, but the timing might not be right since I can’t recall the sign that they had in the club). That seemed high, but I’m only saying that because she then quoted $1,500 for 30 min and I thought, “ you’re fucking out of your mind.” I asked what she meant exactly, but very few details which didn’t even matter at that point.
