I dropped into Louie’s Lounge at 22:30 on a Saturday night. If I was going to find a good looking dancer at this dive bar, I figured my best shot would be prime time on a Saturday night. There was no cover charge, and a bottle of Budweiser was $4. There is a large island bar on the right side of the room. The left side of the room had a beat-up pool table and five video slot machines. There were about fifty patrons crammed inside and ten dancers working. There were no open bar stool, so I had to stand or sit at one of the video slots. The music from the TouchTunes jukebox and the patrons’ conversations were all in Spanish. It was very likely everyone inside was born in Mexico (both customers and dancers) except for me and the token black dancer.

Dancers were in the 1-4 range. All of them were overweight to varying degrees. If you crave Hispanic women with a body type similar to Nicki Minaj, this might be your spot. I really had no interest in any of the talent. Not even the bartender was attractive. Dancers must remain clothed in at least bikinis. There is no pole or stage to showcase the entertainers. Dances on a bar stool out on the main floor are $10 per song. Private dances in a dark room at the back of the club are $50 for ten minutes. It looks like contact is mostly one-way out on the floor, but two-way contact can be had in the back.

The parking situation is horrendous: there is almost no parking. Cars are double parked out front. The bouncer would constantly walk through the lounge saying things like “Silver Lincoln Navigator” and “Gray Ford Escape”, trying to get the owners of these vehicles to move so another customer can get out. I took a risk parking at another business down the street and was lucky that I did not get towed. I saw several tow trucks drive by looking for prey. The lounge shares a
