Since I enjoy the Candy Store...

Since I enjoy the Candy Store in Phoenix, I decided to check out the one in Tucson while I was in town. I went on a Saturday afternoon around 1:30. It was pretty empty when I got in there, but filled up pretty quickly. From a looks standpoint, this club is much nicer than its counterpoint in Phoenix... about twice or more as big.. but with the same weird glow in the dark cosmic lookin carpet. You enter through a small hallway to the desk on your right where you'd pay cover. No cover was charged when I was there. Further along the bar runs the entire right side from the entrance back to the bathrooms. If you stand at the bar you can survey the whole club.. and it has a nice setup with all the tables easy to get to. To your immediate left would be a couple stairs up to the VIP door. The main stage is centered on the far wall, jutting out into the center of the club, with two small side stages off it along the back. Picture a penis and a pair of balls, and that's kind of the setup. Seating areas surround the stage. To the left of the main stage is the second stage, and its set up like a cage with bars.. plenty of seating around the cage area too. To the right of the main stage up a couple stairs is a raised seating area. Drink prices were typical.. crown and coke was going for 5.75 and just a coke was 3 bucks for 2 (happy hour.. 2 for 1 on certain drinks/beers)..

The floor dances are a bargain at 5 bucks a piece.. which means of course the quality of women varied quite a bit. There were some stunners, but there were also some clinkers due to age or weight. All of them were very pleasant tho, and the dances were exceptional, with nice full contact and some two-way touch encouraged depending on the girl. A couple of the girls were *very* friendly. VIP has a $10 cover charge, and the dances within are a mere 10 bucks which is even more a bargain than the 5 on the floor considering the Vegas quality attention you get from your dancer. Choose well and you'll have a fantastic time in there. There wasn't even a heavy push to buy drinks while I was in there, which was a nice surprise.

Overall a great club with a friendly atmosphere.. very laid back and comfortable... and the quality of the dances (particularly for the price!) rivals anything I've come across in Arizona.
