Maracaibo

Maracaibo is in an area that seems a bit sketchy at night but I’ve gone to this club over a handful of times over my 3 visits to Medellin the past year with no issues. No cover and large, fairly nice club inside. Large stage in the middle, usually 1 dancer at a time. As with many Colombian strip clubs, there are the chicas who dance on stage and many in regular clothes who don’t dance but are available. I’ve bought drinks / talked to many of the chicas and gotten some #s for OTC. You can also take a chica in the back here but I haven’t done that yet and am not sure what the price is.

My last visit to this club was early on a Sat evening recently. The talent on stage was very good IMO (I’m a fan of Latin women). I talked to a few chicas and got some numbers, but I had plans with friends and left Colombia the next day, so didn’t get too far with any of them. In the past I’ve gotten #s and met OTC with some chicas from here.

There is a smaller club 2 doors down from Maracaibo (I forget the name). I go to each club when I’m in the area. The smaller club usually has some nice looking chicas, you may need to wait a bit as they rotate out from the back.

As with every club I’ve gone to in Medellin, English doesn’t go too far and the music is very loud, so communication with the chicas can be difficult due to the volume, and even more so if you don’t speak Spanish.
