Slim pickings in Vernon

I had a business trip that required an overnight stay in Hartford near the airport. Went on TUSCL to scout Electric Blue, but the recent reviews weren't so hot, especially since it has been reported that you get hit with a $20 fee to just get the dancer in the VIP. As I looked at alternatives I noticed Lucky's in Vernon, which is only 30 minutes from where I was staying and had a higher overall rating than EB - no brainer - so I checked it out. When I walked in at about 12:30 (the place opens at 11:30 AM they were still vacuuming the carpets) there was no one at the front desk so I walked right in. Saw one guy at the bar and a couple more customers filtering in. Bartender asked what I wanted so I asked about specials - pitchers of beer was $12, all well drinks were $4. I ordered a mixed drink and she charged me $4. No dancers in sight but finally a big boned blond walked in and introduced herself as Kiara. She was pretty and if you like big girls would be worth a dance or two, but as I was waiting another older, thin dancer walked in with big bolt-ons. We chatted and I enjoyed conversing with her. Both were acceptable for lap dances so I asked her the deal (her name was Brie). She said the first lap dance in a semi-private VIP booth (no door or curtain, but no one sitting across from you) was $30 and every one after that was $20 a dance. The other options were chairs in the VIP area but right next to each other for $15 or a "Champaign booth" which was the same as the VIP booth, but it had a curtain across the front. That was $150 for a half hour.

I asked about "the rules" and it appeared 2 way contact was ok over the clothes, so I figured the VIP was the best bet. The dance from Brie was fun, nothing over the top, so I did 2 dances, gave her $50 and went back to finish my drink. I stayed about 30 minutes and guessed that these two were the only dancers on duty. Bottom line is that it was nothing over-the-top but a decent value if you just want to hang out, drink in-expensive drinks and have some body contact then I recommend it.
