One-of-a-kind club that might be a one-and-done for me

Everything about Ocean has a watery theme, which leads to the strangest club layout I've ever seen. The main stage and tip rail are surrounded by a moat in the center of the room. There are four foot bridges leading up to it, three for customers and one for the dancers heading out from backstage. The bridges are placed every 90 degrees around the moat, and the effect is that a pretty large room cuts cut up into small sections. It's pretty disorienting at first -- I walked in and I didn't even understand where customers were supposed to sit. It was an okay idea, I guess, but really strange execution.

Also, a couple of dancers told me that when the club gets really busy, dancers will swim naked through the moat. That would have been a fun and very different kind of strip club experience, but it didn't happen while I was there. I should note, I showed up around 10:00 on a Saturday night and stayed until 1 in the morning. The place was pretty buzzing by the time I left but definitely not packed. So I have to wonder, if midnight on a Saturday isn't busy enough to see girls swimming naked, when is?

The girls themselves were mostly 6's and 7's, with maybe a couple 8's, depending on your taste. There were only a couple who really stood out for me, but definitely not a dog in the bunch. I got private dances from three girls and all were reasonable mileage. The private dances are fully nude; most girls are topless only on stage, but I saw at least one who got fully nude. The three girls I danced with were all very friendly and fun to talk to -- which was somewhat of a relief, because the first two girls who approached me asked for dances right away (always a turn-off), and the very first one was either too stoned or too stupid (or both) to talk in complete sentences. But there were at least two dozen girls there, probably more, and all of them attractive in one way or another. I would think that almost anyone could find a girl to his liking in that crowd.
