Girls, girls, girls!
The Tattletale Lounge, made (in)famous by its mention in Motley Crue's strip club anthem "Girls, Girls, Girls," has been around over 40 years. My first visit wasn't nearly that long ago, but it does date back far enough that I've seen the club go through a few changes - virtually all for the better.
Tucked into a strip of mostly massage parlors, liquor stores, and fast food joints just off Interstate 85, the club is in a nondescript building that looks tiny from the street and doesn't get much bigger on the inside. The parking lot is small and valet seems to be enforced in 'prime time' (starting around 8pm, $5 I believe).
I arrived slightly earlier on this visit so there was no charge to self-park, and no cover charge. Walking in the door the bar is straight ahead with the main stage to the right. Loose tables & chairs around one side of the stage, but I usually prefer the bar as a vantage point to scope out the room. On the far side of the bar the floor steps down and there is another stage with bench seating and a couple of booths. VIP rooms are scattered around the perimeter, some with curtains and a few with full doors for privacy.
