I kind of liked the old cloakroom, before the wall fell off. It was clean, nicely decorated, well-planned, dancers were fine, pleasant atmosphere, drink prices weren’t crazy (for DC), and they poured them strong.
I visited the new cloakroom during the early evening on a Tuesday. Gotta say, it’s not quite back to its old self yet. It was actually kind of the worst of all DC worlds. High prices, zero mileage, not terribly great dancer quality. The decor is high end, and the bartenders were great. As a bar or lounge, I’d love it. As a strip club... ehhh.
