My favorite amongst the Hurley clubs
Visited Idle Hour on both Saturday and Sunday nights on a weekend. Saturday night was super busy. Sounds like it was busier than normal. There were multiple bachelor parties that came through as well as some biker groups. Kind of annoying when a huge group comes in, but most groups (as we did) tend to check out all of the clubs on the block and don't stay for super long. None of the clubs on the block have a cover, so you can easily move between them. Sunday night was definitely much more chill. Of the six on the block, it was actually the only one open.
For Saturday night, there were probably seven or eight dancers. And on Sunday night, maybe just three. Suppose it changes a lot, but these were my favorite dancers amongst the clubs on the block. Generally, they were pretty hot as well as fun and chatty. Bartenders and people at front door all friendly. No problems. If memory serves, a beer was generally $4.
Compared to other clubs in general, it seems like the focus was much more on girls making money while on stage. Lots of people at the rail bar giving tips. The girls were not constantly trying to get you to do a private dance. The private dance area was a small room close to the entrance that really just fit two, maybe three, girls at once. If I recall correclty, this seemed to be the same setup as all of the clubs on the block. Dances were $25. No funny business as it is an open room by the door, but still well worth it.
