Surprise!

I've stopped into Tails and Trails a few times over the years but never stayed for long because the dancer selection didn't appeal to me. I'm usually in Hurley on my way further north on Friday evening but I headed to my place in the UP a day earlier this time. The club looks like it has been freshened/remodeled unlike the other Hurley clubs. Newer stools around the stage etc. T&T has both front entrance from Silver Street, and rear entrance from parking lot. As you enter from the front, the bar is on your left and the stage on your right. I had another two hours of driving in front of me so just ordered a soda (2 dollars and refill offered) Don't know how much beer and other drinks were. Men's and women's restrooms were at the back of the main club. At the back, turn left and there is a short hall leading to a smaller room with another stage and smaller bar that doesn't look like it has been used in a long time. If, rather than entering the smaller bar/stage area, you make another right you'll go through another hallway that leads to the rear entrance/exit. There are a number of doors in that hall way and elsewhere that had me wondering what's behind door # 4 and 5 and 6. Any way, back to the main thing. There were four dancers in evidence. One, quite large and not my cup of tea at all. Another was a beanpole. The other two were slender and looked like they could be the sort of pretty girl next door. I sat at the stage and tipped for one, she was friendly enough, lost her top part way through the first song but kept her distance and just presented her garter for tips. Didn't connect at all. The next dancer, the other slender girl, really did look like girl next door. Wore glasses, hair just below her shoulders. Had a weird little ballerina bottom that I thought might be hiding a tummy. She also went topless pretty quick and her little flips of the skirt showed she actually had a very good body. Hurley is pretty strict about no kitty showing at all, ever and that was true here as well. Her stage behavior was 'friendlier' than the first dancer so I asked about private. She quoted $40 a song, 3 for 100, which a few other dancers at other clubs have offered, and 4 for $120. I gambled on the 4 for 120. She took the money, waited for the bartender to show up, and handed it to her. Got some sort of a ticket in return. Not sure what % the club keeps. Anyway, she led me back to that second bar and it turned out there was a separate music system that had to be fed with $1 per song. There are a few little curtained cubicles, each with a small couch/chair, along a wall I had not seen when I was exploring. My new 'friend' pointed out that there was a camera on the ceiling pointed straight down and reiterated that the kitty could not/would not been seen or played with. I knew that already so wasn't expecting anything else. Other than that rule, the dances were close contact. She was receptive to my suggestions, like I prefer the dancer faces me rather than away. Unfortunately, she is from down state and wasn't sure how long she would be in Hurley. I rated the dancers as a 6 because only 2 of the 4 were attractive to me. Like all clubs and all dancers, YMMV.
