What Changed, What Didn't

Scores is once again Polekatz, but the club operates as before. $10 dances Sunday and Tuesday (vs. $15). Mostly the same staff, though of course dancers come and go, in particular some new Illinois Club O "refugees" when management there changed in the spring. (Club O, fyi, was a relatively uninhibited club.)

Typically (but this is not absolute) the club is crowded Friday and Saturday nights, slower Monday/Wednesday/Thursday nights and in-between on Tuesday/Sunday nights. Sometimes a men's room attendant, sometimes not. Sometimes the music level is medium, most of the time it is loud. Servers are consistently friendly and efficient. Dancers may smoke at the bar seats only; customers may smoke anywhere.

The more popular dancers are likely to work Friday/Saturday. Beyond that, it varies as to what types of dancers will be working the night you decide to visit. During very slow periods, the stage may be unoccupied for a song or two, but several sports programs continuously display an screens throughout the club.
