This is actually in "San Pedro", which is about 10 minutes by taxi from San Jose. You need to find a taxi driver that knows how to find this place. Make sure they use the meter, or negotiate about 2000 colones for the trip. The place is close to the main street in town, but is behind the other buildings. Don't bother going before 9:30, unless you need to be right up front. There is another location near the airport.

This is a true "strip club." Women go on stage and strip. It is not a brothel, although women may meet guys after the show it over. I didn't stay until 4 am to find out.

Entry fee was 3000 colones = $7 bucks and includes two drinks (soft drink, juice or beer). There is a VIP watching area (right at the stage) for 2000 colones more (including more two drinks) for the entire night. It is worth it. Tipping for each girl is not necessary at all! There is a back stage pole, but you have to maneuver with the crowd because there is no bar.
