I went here years ago, but they have been around a while, so I suspect they are still doing well. 99% black ghetto girls, which is great, if you are into that sort of thing. It has just enough dirt to still be west philly even though it is close to the university. Drinks are standard, the place is dark but has nice lighting, neon etc, good vibe, girls are cool and most just chill, many people there are just hanging out, nothing is being pushed on you. They have a metal detector as I know several years ago they had a shoot out, but that was back when that part of town was super hood. For the location and price you should check it out. It is a solid joint.
