Nothing really to say, Tootsies is the most famous sc in Miami. If one is willing to spend money you can get what you want from most girls here
If you want to talk and have a nice time time then I don’t recommend this place most girl are just looking to earn the big bucks without much effort
While nothing is really surprising about this sc at least you can expect a good amount of girls along with decent food and average customer service
Can’t really comment on drinks since I am a beer kind of guy
