The Most Interesting Place in Meridian

First things first... The thing to know about Meridian is that there is nothing to really "do." It's a place where if you say you're "going to the bar" it probably means you're going to Applebee's or Logan's Roadhouse. If you're unfamiliar with either, both are restaurants. And I don't really mean bar and grill restaurants -> I mean that they're both restaurants that just happen to offer drinks. I mean this without any exaggeration as that's exactly where some locals will tell you to go for a bar.

With that in mind, imagine my surprise when I find out one of the only "bars" in the area is this place. I went in with low expectations and wound up pleasantly surprised in general.

There are no spirits here but the beer flows freely. Depending on what you drink a whole $3.50 might get you two beers. At those prices you can drink beer all night without breaking the bank.
