Lunch specials and apathy

Around 11 am - 3 pm this place has something called the "liquid lunch" on offer. Its a decent offer for a bar to make. The admission is free, bag check in is free and drinks are $5. One should take note of the location, its in midtown Manhattan. Its rare to find a bar that is serving an okay variety of beers with a decent ambiance for this cheap in this part of NYC. On this note, its a really good place to hang on your lunch hour. To add to this the food is decently made and you can have a nice meal for around $10. Again, this is a pretty good deal, as the nature of the establishment means you have a pretty clam and quiet place place for a relaxed meal. So in terms of it being a bar and restaurant for your lunch hour its a good choice. My main concern however is that Vivid is supposed to be a titty bar. Although I went during lunch hour I wasn't looking to just have a beer and have a meal, there are lots of places that offer decently priced lunch you can have a beer with. I went there so I could also see some tits and get a decent lap dance. Therein lies the complaint, there were only 2 girls working. They were routinely skipping the stage, instead they focused on chatting up customers. During my hour there I saw only one girl dance and it was for a brief time and she didn't put much effort into it. Eventually I got sick of waiting and I asked this one somewhat attractive Latina to give me a lap dance before I headed out. And I got one of the more disappointing, amateur and platonic lap dances I've gotten. The overall feeling of my visit, the dance, the girls and so on was pretty bland. I wouldn't repeat the experience as there are other better clubs in the NYC area.
