Lack of business sense

I was in the neighborhood on wed. afternoon and thought I'd stop in. I've reviewed this club before and not much has changed. When sat down, the bartender said it's been a long time. I thought I'd recognized her but I couldn't place her. I got a drink and after a while, I knew where I knew her from. She used to tend bar at the club down the street. I struck up a conversation and immediately realized that I should never have forgotten her. A solid 9 with a personality to match.

As strange as it sounds, all the dancers that day were in the 7-9 range. One sat down to chat me up and asked if I was interested in a dance, but I told her that I wait till I'm ready to leave. She said that she would like to check around for someone. I told her it was ok. While she was gone another dancer sat down. She was very cute so we started to talk. She was telling me about a toxic relationship she had just gotten out of, and I felt sorry for her. Then she told me she was hungry and would I buy her some cheese curds. I asked how much and she said 4.00.

That didn't sound too bad so I said ok. Then she asked if she could get something else. She had the menu and was looking at a 8.00 burger, so I told her that we could negotiate on how much I would pay. She was looking at the menu and I told her I would pay 10.00. Anything else she would have to cover. I thought that was reasonable being that she hadn't done anything for me yet.

Suddenly she looked at her phone and the screen was all messed up. She said that it was a 1000 phone and she needed it to get a ride home and get a ride to work. She asked if I wanted a dance.I said ok and we went in the back.

At this club you need to pay in advance which I don't like, but, all the clubs nearby are the same. So I paid for one dance. I also gave her the 10.00 for something to ear afterwards.
