Curious

I used to come to the Detroit area often, over 20 years ago. My company's office was in Dearborn and I went to BT's or over to Wndsor on occassion. I am again working with automotive accounts and found myself back in the area with some free time. FC looked interesting based on TUSCL reviews.

I arrived about 5:30 and there was no cover on this Tuesday evening. The guy at the door explained the layout. Downstairs where the stages were, it would be $20 to get a table, but upstairs was free. I asked if the girls wandered about up there and he said they did. So I passed on the $20 table and headed upstairs. Space was a bit cramped, but you could look down on the stages and watch the dancers. There were probably a dozen ot more girls working at that hour and 3 or 4 were congregated at one of the upstairs booths. They paid no mind to me as I walked by. Perhaps they were in queue for their time on stage. I was not overly impressed with the physical quality of what I saw; mostly 5-7's, only a couple of exceptions.

I sat at one of the booths upstairs and observed the action below. Girls were approaching guys who had tipped them on stage. This is generally typical, but I've never had issues with getting a girl to approach me at other clubs, without shelling out bills at the stage. I am an older guy and am usually in business attire, so maybe gals conclude I have some money to spend. However, at the FC this late afternoon, I was not having any luck. Girls would walk by and not acknowledge I was even there. They apparently had other destinations in mind.
