Cater to the bartenders

I'm a dancer and I heard a lot of good things about this club especially the fact that they hire black girls, which is fairly uncommon in NYC as "foreign" is the new wave. Without calling or anything, I decided to go and see if the club was a place I can see myself working. The environment was fun and the dancers working there were absolutely gorgeous, all flavors. But the thing that really bugged me was the stage set up. It was behind the bar and I couldn't tell who was bartending and who was stripping. I'm assuming that the money that goes on stage goes to the stripper performing but i silently observed on two occasions of the bartenders swiping the money off the stage to the floor for themselves! Definitely a no. If you're thinking about stripping here, go for the bartender position. If you're a customer then you'll definitely have a fun time.
