If you're in the neighborhood...

When I work in Salem and need to stay overnight, there's a hotel right next door. After checking in and getting dinner, my co-worker and I decided to head over. Wasn't our first time checking this place out. Place is brighter than most clubs I've been to. Drink prices are less than a typical bar and we didn't have to drive anyway to get a few beers so that's a plus. Also there are only a few strip clubs that I really feel comfortable taking a female co-worker into and this place makes that short list. Not sure I'd take a girl to a Seattle club.

Oregon clubs and Washington clubs serve very different purposes. Neither of us were looking to get lap dances here. Just got our beers and pulled up close to a stage. Easy to relax and chat. Beer selections aren't like 100+ beers on tap you'll find at a regular bar in Portland but they do carry some Oregon brews that I like. Salem isn't a big city so I don't expect much. Beautiful dancer who looked a bit like the pornstar Lezley Zen was up there working her thing. She flirted with both of us while dancing. Smart way to earn tips. Really enjoyed watching her. I might have to start sitting closer to stages when I visit other clubs. There were a few other cute, very young looking girls there. Bartender and waitresses were cute and bubbly personalities.

I wasn't paying a lot of attention to names. Usually I remember names of dancers I want lap dances from or do not want dances from. With lap dances off my to do list, there was no point.

Even though we were working the next day with an early start, we stayed there until rather late. Can't do this on a "school night" too often. Paid for it the next day. Good thing there are a few espresso places in Salem. Likely will visit here again if I'm back in Salem and my co-worker wants to go.
