What is this club doing in Winston

I am business traveler with home base in Winston . I am frequent visitor to SC across the country .I rarely visit clubs around home but had a itch so went this place . Been inside years ago when it was called something else and was surprised at how clean and nice it was now . Did not notice how much cover was and drink prices were not shocking so so far so good . Around 5 white dancers ranging from 4 to a 7 , that will work . A dancer approached and had a seat right beside me . We talk a little and i get to asking about set up and was told laps are 40 . Well there went my night . We are in Winston and laps are 40? I have a hard time thinking of any major cities where a low class strip club"s laps are 40 . I guess thats why i do not visit local spots . I am shocked anyone is paying this .
