Friday night - only club open in Elizabeth

I stopped in last Friday for the NBA finals. I was actually trying to go to one of the other clubs in Elizabeth - Nardones/Angels and Exotics - but both were inexplicably closed (on a Friday night after 10). So I ended up at Lookers, and stayed through the fourth quarter and a bit after midnight. There was decent parking (they had an attendant and valet, but also self-parking), and the club was pretty full. There were plenty of dancers, almost all latinas. I tried to sit at the bar where there was an empty stool, but was told by the not-very-friendly barmaid that it was reserved. So I grabbed a beer and sat back at a table away from the bar. Surprisingly, there was virtually no tip-parade (at least when you weren't at the bar), and no one ever approached me for a tip or a dance. Ever. So it turned out to be a really cheap night (2 beers, tip to the barmaid, 2 hours of watching basketball and booty). Can't say I'll be back though - I've come during the day and the night now, and not been impressed with either shift.
