Good place to hang out and enjoy at the end of the week

Place has a typical bar ambiance and no cover. Girls were moderately attractive but were mostly eastern European and some Latin American. I don't think I've ever seen an American dance here. Dollar parade gets annoying but isn't too expensive if you walk...
