Memorial Day Visit

I returned to Chicago Monday afternoon after a weekend trip to St. Louis and I had planned on checking out Arnie’s based on some recent positive reviews. Unfortunately, when I drove out to Harvey later that evening, I found out that Arnie's wasn't open this Memorial Day. Since I was in the area I decided to check out the new club O. I hadn’t been to this place in a few years when they were under previous ownership/management. Recently, the same group that now runs the nearby boxxx took over club o. When I arrived around 11:30 I was charged $10 to park. After a brief pat down outside I was charged a $20 cover. The layout of the club was pretty similar to what I remember from the original club O with the elevated main stage and plenty of seating out in front and on the sides of it. They had two bars, I went to the one closet to the main stage an ordered a drink. $13 or a D’usse and $6 for a red bull. I grabbed a seat at one of the tables in front of the main stage. It was pretty empty, only a few dancers walking around and a couple other customers. After about 15 mins they finally put a girl on stage. More girls started to trickle in after a while, but there wasn’t anyone who stood out. Most of the girls were Black with a couple Latinas as well. I was eventually approached by an older dancer who I wasn’t really feeling, she asked if I wanted a private dance without introducing herself, but I politely declined. I was thin approached by a younger cute dancer who sat on my lap and introduced herself. After a bit of small talk she asked if she could dance for me right there at the table which I agreed to. She put on a nice show for me w/ nice two way contact and grinding. After a couple of songs she was called up to the main stage. I went up to tip her on stage, but decided to call it a night after that since I had to be at work in a few hours. Overall I was not impressed with the new club O and I probably won’t be back anytime soon since the quality of the girls wasn’t there (not sure if it was due to the holiday).
