Sporadic attendee
Out of all the Montgomery county clubs I had avoided Creekside. I had worked here a few years ago one time and never went back. A friend who recently defected to Creekside convinced me to give them another try. I'm actually glad that I did. So far I've only worked 2 shifts, both weekends.
As soon as you enter there is a spacious foyer. The stage is a long runway with 3 super tall poles. It is accessed by the dancers via a staircase. After a 3 song set the dancer exits via the staircase, comes back down and does a tip round near the seats at the stage. I didn't have bad rounds. Everyone was pretty respectful and tipped well.
Backstage they have a housemom performing the usual functions and equipped with the usual necessities. I used to regard hosemoms as parasitic entities but in this case I think they are a vital necessity. A club this large needs some direction backstage. The housefee ($35 $10 tip to housemom $10 to DJ) did make me wince a little but after New Orleans and their obscene tipouts that was chump change.
