Went here on a weekday. There's a kitchen, and both beer/liquor and food prices were pretty reasonable. Pool tables in the back.

Dancers were largely Eastern European. There's a few asians, and they were Eastern European as well. Attractive enough, but there can be a language barrier.

Yes, there is a constant dollar parade, but it comes infrequently enough that it's probably less than $20 over the course of a couple hours. It's also offset by the fact there's no cover. So just consider it a sort of cover charge. There's a few seats away from the bar where this happens, but not many of them.
