I like to compare visits. I go to Visions often enough, I know my way around it. Previous reviews have described the layout, the type of experiences for lap dances available in the different levels of private and semi-private rooms, etc.. All of that is still well within the norm. But I'm disappointed in the total amount of electricity. There were just very few dancers, and not a lot of customers. This looks like a club that needs to figure out some way to create interest, or else it's going to go out of business, so it seems to me.

I was there on a Friday or a Saturday night, spent a good portion of the evening there, from roughly 7 or 8 pm until roughly after midnight. I had printed up the coupon from the website, and the guy at the door honored it nicely (in fact, he told me to keep it to "use it next time!" LOL). That much was OK. The parking lot was rather full, but not extremely, on the low side, the low end of good. There was a bar-be-cue truck in the parking lot, and if it's the same one that I'm familiar with, I can definitely recommend the food, it's awesome! On entering, I found the place less smoky than my past memories, but otherwise almost identical. I have mentioned in past reviews, that I'd like to bring my tobacco pipe to enjoy the new outdoor smoking deck / lounge, and I did have my pipe(s) with me but I didn't bother to bring them inside, left 'em in the car.

Dancers: I found that the full stable of dancers was in the range of 15 or 20, but never were there very many ATTRACTIVE dancers. Only three or four, total, to circulate the whole room. Lots of women who had outfits that made it look like maybe they weren't career-dancers -- for example, they weren't wearing the idiotically-high-platform-heels, or they were wearing something like bedroom slippers and a negligee that you could get at a Dillard's department store, rather than a full-on Hallowe'en Stripper outfit. The looks of the most attractive were still in the 7 or 8 range, that is appealing enough, definitely exciting to me. But I recall a time when Visions boasted pretty much ONLY women of that certain level of minimum quality. Now they're letting less and less attractive women work there. Perhaps they have to, since there just aren't enough dancers to go 'round. Or perhaps the style has changed, and the young men prefer a type of woman who is not only (a) of a type of attractiveness that is not my personal preference (always a possibility, and I always try to review clubs by keeping in mind this potential natural variance in male preferences!); but also (b) of no degree of attractiveness to any male. I really think there were just some inadequate women. They weren't attractive enough ... not to anyone. Not to someone who DOES have my preferences, not to most men, not to ANY men, even those who generally DON'T have my preferences.
