Nice atmosphere, good dancers

Made my first visit to King Street on a Thursday night. The club is by far the nicest facility in Charleston, very nicely decorated with an upscale feel. The dancers are overall very attractive. Not at all a raunchy feel someplace that would be a nice place to bring your wife (I saw a few couples the night I was there). Free entry before 8pm, drink prices were around $5 with a happy hour special of $2 off. Dancers were overall very attractive and most did great pole work. Less touching than the other local options but still a small bit of grind for a tip at the rail. They didnt push drinks at all, in fact I had to wave down a waitress to order a beer a couple of times. The dancers would generally come by and chat a bit after they left the stage and thank me for tipping their stage dance. I didn't buy any private dances so I can't provide info on milage in the private rooms. I did scope out the private dance area and saw that they had small booths with a curtin. Overall I would rate this club as the most upscale option in Chuck town but not a place to really get lots of nasty for your buck. I will definitely visit again and maybe even bring my wife along to enjoy the show.
