Vics is exactly as described. bring 80 bucks and you'll walk out 30 minutes later with change and a smile. It's an afternoon place, but that's ok because I probably don't want to be driving around irvington after dark anyway. Barside fun is to be had and now there are some private spaces in the back corner for more clandestine activities(although clandestine has never been a Vic's thing). Your dollar (literally a DOLLAR) goes a LOOOOOOONG way here.
