Is this place a strip club or....

Is this place a strip club or a straight up brothel? First off it's in a residential neighborhood in a bit so nice part of Jersey. Good luck finding parking on the same street or even a couple streets away. There is a bouncer who checks people in at the door and where you also pay the $5 cover. Inside is the most depressing place I have ever been to. It's mostly dark and devoid of life. There was only one girl on the pole and she wasn't even dancing. Just moving side to side awkwardly. Now here's the thing. Everything is done in public so everyone has a full view of people doing the nasty. I could see two guys going hardcore on two girls who I would say were on the chunkier side. I grabbed a beer and then immediately booed out of there. Definitely NOT going to be back to this hole.
