apparently the owner sold the land in '16 and leased it through '18. Didnt see any other news about it so went to check it out.

Got there around 22:00, Guy at the door, didnt know/wouldnt say and was sort of a dick and and cover was 12 - website says 9$

place wasnt too crowded, still could find a place at the bar and empty tables. bartender was nice, told me they just renewed the lease.
