Evening Time Not Like Afternoon
After visiting in the afternoon a while ago, I decided to see if evenings were any better (7-9pm). My review on the afternoon visit is below, but in a nutshell there were only a few dancers there in the afternoon, and 2 or 3 were 7s or 8s (no 9s or 10s at this club!). The rest were 4-6 caliber. But aside from the smoky atmosphere, this place could rival HiLiter in the afternoons. But not in the evening. I arrived after 7pm and paid a $10 cover, which was a waste of money. I walked in and there were maybe 3 other customers, no dancers on stage and two dancers sitting on at tables on the floor. The club has a great sound system, and is nicely designed. There is one big main stage and a VIP area to the back by the bar, and a private room that goes for around $125 for 30 minutes. I was told by a dancer on my last visit that the VIP is a waste of money ($20/dance - can't remember if there was a cover charge for VIP, but I don't think there is) and to just bite the bullet and go to the Private Room for $125. I should have listened to her, but instead tried the VIP with one of the very few dancers there at the time. She was a 5 and overweight, but was one of the better looking ones there at the time. She talked up the VIP as being so much fun (I interpreted that as good mileage) that I decided to take her up on it. First VIP dance was tame and boring. "Next one will be better" I thought, she's just warming up. 2nd dance was just as bad. I should've cut and run right then, but being the ever optimist that I am, decided it would take 3 strikes for her to be out. Sure enough, strike three. I've had better dances and more mileage watching my oil get changed at Jiffy Lube. Needless to say, I bolted and left Scores not only unsatisfied, but smelling like a pack of Marlboros.
