Not all bad and not all good

We were heading to Criket and decided to try BT's first. Great layout, well maintained, and felt safe. However the music volume was almost painful. By the time they played the next song it was corrected but I thought we'd have to leave to get out of our misery. The cover in the evening was $10. Valet was $7. When we paid cover they asked if we used valet. Told them we did but I don't know why it would make any difference. The gal on stage was chubby but she stopped to chat after and looked better close up. It's usually the other way around. She want $25 per dance and $20 for VIP. We both passed because we hoped the talent would improve. It didn't. Like a lot of places nowadays the waitresses are prettier than the entertainers. We stayed an hour and cut our losses. Figured it was our time to have a good time and we better go somewhere else. BT's can have a ghetto feel sometimes and tonight it did. It didn't feel friendly and the talent was very average. I'll; be back again but I'm not in a hurry. The scene is going to change in Detroit, and we all know it. It's good to circulate and see for yourself.
