Plenty o girls

I was at Cheeks on Thursday night from about 10 pm - 1 am. No shortage of male staff hanging around but they blend in and don't try to stand out. They seem pretty chill and mostly there to handle any BS if someone gets stupid.

More girls than I recall on any prior visit. Around 25 girls at peak - 4 AA, one Asian and the rest white. $5 cover charge to get in. $4 domestic bottles. I ordered from the main bar with the pumped up Asian bartender as well as the side bar with the young white brunette bartender. I wasn't looking to make conversation with either of them however I was struck by how both were seemed to unpleasant and seemed indifferent about the decent tips that I was leaving on each order. I remember having a similar impression of the Asian one on prior visits. She may be nice but she doesn't give off a cool vibe at all. As it got later in the night I grabbed some chicken tenders from the food area. Nice guy cooking. Tipped him appropriately for the food and effort.

The girls ranged from a couple of girls that should not be dancing to a few 8s. I had a few dances from three different girls - one white and two AA. All of the dances were fine, nothing exceptional. Respectable grind and effort but pretty tame. Cheeks is a good spot. I'll go back if in the area since it may be the best around. But a visit to a place like this leaves wanting for a visit to the Arnie's of old, Blaze, the Pink Slip, King Henry VIII, or Ebony Inn.
