If your thing is beautiful women staring at their cellphones all night, then this is the place for you. It seems like most of the girls are at the bar playing on their phones or schmoozing with the regulars while playing on their phones. The dancers are drop dead gorgeous though. Same with the waitresses. I eventually had a beautiful Mexican-American dancer approach me. We had a pretty fun conversation and went for some dances.

The lap dances are in these little doorless rooms, which are pretty private. The dancers here aren't as handsy as they are at other clubs in Houston. Dances are $20/song. In terms of the club ambiance, lots of lights in the main area. The biggest drawback to me though is the smoky smell of the place. You are guaranteed to be smelling like cigar smoke when you leave the place. All in all, St. James is probably the classiest club in Houston.
