Typical London Strip Pub Closest To West End

This is a typical London strip pub. It's the closest of London's pound in a jug strip pub's to the West End. From the outside it just looks like a normal pub except the windows are blocked out. Inside it's open plan with mostly standing space but there's a few seats at one end. When I visited at about 6pm on a Thursday the place was very busy with a crowd of guys in the short space between the bar and the stage.

The bar and the stage are in the centre. The decor is smart but perhaps a little tired. Before I'd even made it to the bar I was stopped and asked for a pound by the next dancer. You have to pay a pound for every dance even if you are not next to the stage. The drink prices are a bit more than an average pub but no more than you'd pay in a mid-range London hotel or wine bar so not too bad.

There were quite a few dancers working (six I think). I stayed just long enough in the hour I was there to see all of them on stage. The girls were average to good looking with one absolute stunner. The stage dances are full nude eventually. Some of the dancers got there quicker than others. Very few of them really knew what the pole was for though. The biggest issue with the dances was dificulty getting a spot where you could see. I kept shuffling closer to the stage as people moved on but then lost my spot again when I went for a second drink.
