Uncomfortable. That’s Being Kind. Stay Away.

Took the I-40 westbound from downtown Memphis to the “Gentleman”. Great name for a horrible club. Unless you happen to be someone very comfortable with hoodrats, or could possibly be mistaken for a thug or hoodrat yourself, do not go here if you value your safety. Really, do not go here at all.

I was there during the day, and didn't really feel safe parking any place other than the main road. This place is a fucking dump in the middle of a fucking ghetto. Do not go here. Club Xtasy didn't even look like it was there. Club Mac might be what used to be Club Xtasy, but I wouldn't bother. Again no obvious place to park. Tried to go around the around back to see if there was a parking lo. Maybe there was, but the driveway was blocked by some truck with some dudes in it. Not sure what was going on, but just don't fuck with this place.

I tried to drive around the block a different way to see if there was an obvious lot to park in. The answer is no, but I did get a mini tour of a neighborhood street you should not drive down. Ever. I'll pretty much go anywhere, and even I was little bit apprehensive of leaving my car five feet from the door to check this place out it. But I went inside anyway. I was already there. It looks like a fucking crack house. All over the walls it has signs like no dope smoking or prostitution.
