A Return Visit...

After checking out Kittens when it first opened, I finally made my way back to the Georgetown club - and found that the more things change, the more things stay the same. No cover charge (nice) and a friendly waitress (double nice). There's a pretty casual vibe during the afternoon - music was chill, dancers and customers seemed to be having fun. First dancer I talked to had...I'm going to say "hygiene issues" that day, but the second one was charming - we got through three dances in the regular VIP area when she pointed me to the private booths and started to tell me how much fun we could have in there. I didn't know any clubs in Seattle had private rooms - reminds me of visits to SF clubs back in the day. Too rich for my blood that afternoon, but am curious enough to come back and give them a spin.

The biggest drawback for me at Kitten's is the exposure - outside, not inside. Sure, it's nice to have parking, but everyone and their dog can watch you walk in and out of the club. If you're worried about such things...
