Still My
I've been coming here for years; the club itself is always the same but sometimes the dancer selection is a little better or a little less than its solid standard...but for me, a club is "good" if there's at least one dancer of quality that I can connect with; if that one dancer is hot enough, the rest are irrelevant. Over the years, I almost always find at least one dancer per shift at Atlantis who makes the trip worthwhile. As other's have described, the club is down a flight of steps in the University City area... perfectly safe area.
The club is large and comfortable and rarely is crowded, which I like. The dancers are mostly African-American, with the occasional Latina, White or Asian dancer--which is just fine for me. I like Black dancers. The hustle at Atlanta is always low-key; many dancers will hang out, talk, have a drink with minimal pressure for a private dance. But generally speaking I find one I want a private dance with. On this Friday, there are no more than about 10 customers and about four dancers in the early afternoon. This cute, dark-complexioned, curvy young lady came up to me and asked me how I was doing. The best thing about her was her vibe.... she just had a very sweet, understated, sexy vibe and a very inviting touch which she employed during our conversation.
I bought her a drink and after many minutes of easy, pleasant conversation I asked for a dance. Atlantis has three options for private dances: a non-private area with four or five couches in a room where dances are $20 per four minutes; a private small alcove that has a door that you can close (but no glass in the window) at $30 per record, and a large VIP area that I'm told has lots of private areas for a 45 minute minimum at a large amount that I can't recall; I've never gone back there. One dancer even told me, it is not worth it.
