Lots of seating available

I’ve reviewed the Lamp before so I won’t go into details about the layout. As usual, no cover in the afternoon. Good bar with reasonably priced drinks.

The thing that was different this time was the lack of people. The Limplifter is a neighborhood bar with bikini girls. Usually the place is moderately busy at the bar because the drink prices are good and the bar is full. Whether anyone is buying dances or not is another story. But the last time I was in, even the bar was nearly empty. There has always been the low key hum of a fairly popular afternoon neighborhood bar with its usual characters. It kind of has the effect of muting the fact that dancing and grinding is going on. Not this time.

As for dancers, very few showed. I think there were two. Fortunately, one of the veterans was working. She is attractive and I’ve always enjoyed her dances so it was a good trip. But it was the weirdest damn feeling. I’ve gotten used to slow day shifts at juice bars and found that it can work to the customers advantage back in VIP. But this day, I felt like I was just talking to a nice girl in a bikini for an hour in a nearly empty bar while enjoying a beer. It wasn’t bad but didn’t seem like a strip club at all.
