Club layout has changed...

They recently changed the club layout. They used to have 2 semi-circle stages, one against each wall. They moved those two to the center of the room and made one sort of circular stage. I say sort of bc they're different heights so it's not just one big, even circle. It definitely increases the pressure to tip dancers on stage which is a good move for them.

The owner of this place needs to do a couple things. First, they do this two for one lapdance song fairly regularly, especially around the time of shift change. Only problem is that the club isn't busy so you'll usually have 3-5 customers there and the club forces them away from the customer to go get on stage. This would make more sense with a full club bc at least then other guys who had their eyes on a girl could take advantage of the 2 for 1. But when you have 3 customers who all have a girl at their table, why are you going to break that up? The other thing is that the girls hate it and they don't hide it. They stand on stage and talk to each other and wait for it to end. I've actually left a couple of times when the DJ pushed it into an extra song. I mean, when it's 8pm and you have two customers there, why are you going to irritate them and take the girls away from their table? And just to be clear, when I go I usually spend time in VIP so it's not like I don't spend money on dances in the back.

The second thing the owner needs to do, but this isn't limited to him as it applies to all Richmond clubs, is to decrease the cost. The girls in here are not particularly hot most of the time and the price isn't worth it. They need to study what Arthur Blank did with Atlanta Falcons concessions. Cut prices and they sold more than any other NFL team. High prices don't automatically equal more revenue. They would blow the other places out of the water if they would all stop colluding on prices.
